Wholesale Minimums

To achieve Ruby's Rubbish wholesale pricing in your cart, you must reach a minimum order of eight per apparel item (same color/style/design), three per hat product, and six per accessory.

 Returns and Exchanges 

Please call the office at 1 (866) 802 - RUBY ext. 2 for Wholesale to express any concerns. 

We will be happy to replace an item if there is a visible problem with your darling tee or merchandise (must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of your item).

We are always updating & finding ways to make our sites easier for you to navigate, search through, & order. Saying that, we recently added a color chart, as well as a sizing chart for customers to view, when ordering, to help prevent any hiccups with sizing and fit. We hope you will utilize the tools we have place there for you, in order for us to eliminate exchanges, so that we can get your order to you the FIRST time around! 

 Suggested Wash Instructions. 

Suggested wash instructions (for best results): wash inside out on cold setting, hang or tumble dry on low setting.

As our bleached tees undergo a chemical process we recommend customers wash upon receipt.

 Shipping. 

 We know you are bursting at the seams to get your new collection of rubbish.  Please note each Ruby's Rubbish original product is *custom made to order & our general turnaround time is 7-10 business days.  We assure you, we do our best to fulfill each order as quickly as possible but we ask that please allow the stated 10 business days.  Accessories & home goods are marked ready to ship based on in house inventory, meaning these products may ship same day or within the 10 business day time frame. 

 *From a sustainability point of view, we do not stock our warehouse full of pre-fabricated inventory. Instead, we are able to produce real-time products, based on real customer demand, which allows us to keep our inventory levels low, keeping our & your cost even lower.  This in turn allows us to be able to offer our products at such affordable pricing. We’re so fast, that were really changing the way that graphic tees are introduced into the market. 

 Felt & Fashion Hat Shipping. 

As these items are of larger size, transit can result in noticeable alterations to your hats.  We assure you they will "pop back" to their original quality ... as they do have a felt make up each has proven to hold their integrity.  Experienced this on a recent purchase?  Let’s see if we can get them going…Once separated allow each to sit out and “breathe” per say. Then gently shape from the inside crown by running your hand gently to rub out any section that appears to have caved in. If you have a steamer this too will be helpful in any sharp creases. You will notice the felt will lay smoother in one a direction, to remove imperfections you can use a hat brush or your hand to run along the felt to buff those out. Please let us know after this process if any fail to come back in shape for you.

Shoulder Tags. 

All of our products include a shoulder tag, with our logo, either on the right shoulder, or center, that is approximately 3" across, and very subtle. This is how you know you're getting an authentic piece of "Ruby's Rubbish." 

Candles.

Ruby’s Rubbish candles are soy based and use high quality oils.  Because of this, our candles are blessed with a phenomenon known as blooming, or a slight shift in color.  Rest assured, friends, they are clean burning and made with love.

 Pre-Sales 

We do not allow pre-sales of our merchandise.  Being a custom shop this best protects your turnaround for your customer and our minimums per design.   Feel free to advertise your rubbish to come as soon as payment has been processed.  We can add to your order within 24-hours of placing if needed. 

 Afterpay 

When in doubt, pay it out.  Afterpay allows you to order and pay in four equal installments while receiving your purchase as usual.  Everything else in your order process (returns, turnaround, shipping) is up to our usual standards.  This service is available for orders $250-$1000 only.  Any Afterpay account questions or payment inquiries must be through Afterpay directly.
